Calculate centers of spots/samples for distance based analysis

calc_centers calculates the centers of spots for numerical analysis.Currently not used.

Usage

calc_centers(spe)

Arguments

spe

SpatialExperiment object containing omics data

Value

Data frame of new coordinates
